Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order to be considered for a refund if something about your order was defective. Email us at info@nemosbakery or give us a call at (760) 300-3073 and orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
