How much does shipping cost?
Here at Ne-Mo's, we have free shipping unless otherwise noted! There are no additional shipping charges for orders placed in the US (not including Hawaii and Alaska) at this time.
Where do you ship to in the US?
Ne-Mo's Bakery can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Visit each product page to check if we deliver to your zip code and stay tuned for more exciting announcements on social media!
When will my order ship?
Due to the nature of our products being temperature controlled, orders are only processed and shipped Monday-Wednesday (11am CST cutoff). If an order is placed outside of those days, it will be fulfilled and shipped the following week. With the influx of online orders due to Covid-19 and shipping delays with our fulfillment partner, FedEx, you may experience a delay in shipping. Rest assured, the Ne-Mo's team is working around the clock to ensure your treats get to you as soon as possible, and we will email you as soon as it ships (typically within a week). Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new challenges.
How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a Fedex tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
How are my items shipped?
We ship all of our treats in an insulated cooler with dry ice so that the product stays sufficiently cold until you’re able to freeze, refrigerate, or enjoy them! See our "Enjoy By" page for more information on storing your Ne-Mo's products.
Do you ship to my country?
Ne-Mo's can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately cannot deliver to international addresses at this time. Be sure to stay tuned for more exciting announcements on our social media pages!
